This method is very quick to make and very easy to learn. No cooking skills! Just start by placing everything on the rimmed pan, add your chicken and put everything on high heat!
Set timer on medium for 3 minutes, let pot simmer until most of liquid has boiled out. Pour over the vegetables, mix well with a spoon and let set for 10 minutes.
Let it sit for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Repeat this process 5 times or till the potatoes are cooked. After that enjoy the sauce!
