Masala buttermilk is the oldest form of drink which is known by many different names and made in different ways in different parts of India and USA.
Curd – 1 cup Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp Black salt – ¾ tsp Black pepper – ¼ tsp Green chili – 1 finely chopped Green coriander – 2 tsp (chopped) Mint leaves – 1 tsp Water – 2 cup
2. Now add green coriander, mint leaves, green chillies and a little water to it and grind it for 5 to 6 seconds. (Keep some green coriander for garnish)
3. Now add curd, cold water, roasted cumin, black salt, plain salt, black pepper and grind it well in the mixer.
4. When all the things are finely ground, take it out in a glass and serve after adding some green coriander and roasted cumin powder on top.
